This is a private studio, it is 110 sq ft and has a large window. It has been used by a music producer with a Protools setup. There is room in the space to comfortably fit two desks. This is in a suite comprising four separate studios, housing filmmakers, composers and music producers. We all work separately but collaborate frequently so it would have to be the right fit. There is a common area with a kitchenette, table and chairs, small couch, good for meetings or hanging out. This is a 24/7 commercial elevator building, We are on the ninth floor. Utilities and T-1 line are included in the rent. This can be on a month to month basis with one month security and references required. Rent is $900 a month.
